Laser Bleaching
Laser bleaching is another procedure performed in-office. It involves a laser in combination with a whitening gel which work together as a bleaching combination.
The gel is put directly on the teeth and a special light will activate the crystals inside it which start penetrating the teeth enamel in order to strengthen the lightening effect on the teeth. The duration of the session depends on the gravity of your discoloration.
This procedure has one big advantage: just one visit to the dentist and you will have a brand new gorgeous smile. The disadvantage is the sudden change of your teeth colour. This procedure may be more expensive, but it saves you a lot of time and effort. It will cost you around 1000 dollars; it could be more expensive if the fee for the visits at the dentist's office is not included. This treatment is not typically covered by the dental insurance so you will have to pay for it out of your own pocket.
